Not all docks are visited when tabbing through the Eclipse window. When side 
and bottom docks are opened the tabbing does not work properly. Sometimes docks 
are out of tab order by default and sometimes an opening of additional dock 
breaks the tabbing order.

The workbench changes the tab ordering to exclude some items and to modify the 
order.  Sending this bug report to Platform UI.

Is there anything not hit by the tabbing?

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
