a usibility issue that happens a lot :

when a resource has an open editor, and the resource is copied using ctrl-drag 
in explorer view, the new resource is not opened and editor focus remains on 
old resource. the user thinks s/he is working in the copy, and edits the old 
(copied) resource instead.
Solution: if the copied resource has an open editor, also open the copy and 
bring it to front in editors pane.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
