The current default bindings Ctrl+Alt+Up/Down do not work on all WinXPs. The OS
seems to intercept them.

Works for me using I200406230010 on WinXp.

Is it "does not work on all" or is it "does not work on mine"?
Do you have any pattern? Do you eventually have more than one input language
installed and defined a hot key?

The Intel display application (found in the system tray) had the same hotkeys.

Probably a dup of bug 44006.
