org.eclipse.jface.viewers.TreeViewer is not accessibility compliant, since it 
was not recognized by assistive technology tool ( Window-Eyes ).

1. The "plus" ( "+" ) icon that serves as tree expander is not recognized by 
Window-Eyes
 (Windows-Eyes just recognizes an instance of "custom graphics" )

2. Because tree expander is not recognized by Window-Eyes there is no 
information 
about branch status being expanded or collapsed

3. The tree nodes are not being recognized by Window-Eyes as tree labels or 
branches
