F1 help is missing in the following
Within an editor (editting a file) right click to get the context menu.  The 
following menu items have no F1 help:
Open in Call Hierarchy
Source -> Toggle Comment
Source -> remove block comment 
Source -> correct indentation
source -> generate constructor using fields

Bookmark view: (right click in the view to get the context menu)
Go To
Copy
Delete
Select All
Properties

Console View
Select all
find/replace
go to line
clear

Deb, the editor ones should be reported against JDT Text, the console ones
against Platform Debug.

I suspect that the Problems and Tasks views have the same problem.

This bug should only be concerned with context menu help missing for the 
following (likely for tasks and problems too as Nick mentioned):

Bookmark view: (right click in the view to get the context menu)
Go To
Copy
Delete
Select All
Properties
