After applying PII drop2 there are still plenty of untranslated strings.  Since
drop 2a is returned to us on the same day we must send the final drop for
translation, its important to fix any nonexternalized strings before Friday when
we send out drop 3.

I'm attaching a screenshot showing untranslated strings in a Traditional Chinese
locale. 
Please check to make sure these strings are externalized.

This occurs when opening a new java project, you are asked if you want to switch
to the Java view.  The checkbox to "remember my decision" is not showing up
translated.
