The decorators extension point schema specifies string as the "kind" for the
objectClass attribute.  It should be java, to allow the PDE editors to provide a
Browse button for picking the class.

I will attach a patch.

I seem to have followed the pattern correctly but the PDE tools still don't 
seem to pick it up. Nick I will need your assistance to verify this.

The patch looks fine.  With it applied, I get the Browse button.
