There are menumonics missing for the Scripting preferences pages making it much 
less keyboard accessible and inconsistent with the other preference pages (such 
as the Workbench pages).

In the Scripts page the list of plugins does not have a mneumonic and in all of 
the subpages the Script entry field does not have a mneumonic.

Invalid defect. Scripting support has been removed.
