build R3.0 RC1 - open the workbench - open two editors - make sure there is plenty of empty space after the tab on the right of the last editor - try to pop up a menu in the area on the top right of the CTabFolder note that this will open the menu as if clicking on the tab of the active editor. This should do nothing however.

It will detect if there is an item at (x,y) and only pop-up the menu if an item is found.

I've rolled back this change. This patch has also affected views, which is a regression. For views, the region to the right of the tabs is associated with the view (it contains the view toolbar). Right-clicking on this area is the quickest way to create a fast view. Since this patch is intended for editors, it should go in DefaultEditorPresentation, not DefaultPartPresentation. An additional suggestion: many of the items on the context menu (move stack, size, minimize, maximize, close all) apply to the stack itself and not an individual tab. These items should still be accessable when clicking to the right of the tabs.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
