Description Ron Baldwin CLA 2004-06-01 13:00:45 EDT
The disabled toolbar icon style is inconsistent. Some of the icons are 2-color
but match the color scheme (e.g. Open Readme Browser), others (mostly the new
ones) are gray shaded and don't match the color scheme.

At a minimum, they should be consistent. The best look (IMHO) would be the new
gray shaded icons color shifted to match the windowing color scheme similar to
Office 2003.

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
Please reopen this bug if it is still valid for you.
