The text in progress monitor part is not shortened so it can get cut off when
long messages are sent. We should use the same shortening algorithm that we use
in the progress monitor dialog.

There are currently no plans to work on this feature as we now scrolll and the ellipsis are proving unpopular

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
