The following options are always disabled in RC1 and I assume they will not be 
finished for 3.0 and hence they should rather be removed:

Preferences>Import...
   Select preferences to import (Advanced)

Preferences>Export...
   Select preferecnes to export (Advanced)
   Export preferences from this page

Marking bug 64835 as a dup of this one as I think this one has more cases to 
remove.
