M9:

when the size of the dialog is changed it scales really badly.
steps to reproduce:
- add something to a cvs-project
- goto synchronize view
- commit the added files
- click on details in the popping up dialg (add to cvs version control)
- draw the dialog higher 

the additional space is distributed equally between the old dialog and the table
that shows the new entries (i thonk it should go completely to the table)

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
