build i0521-0800

- started Eclipse
- opened 3 perspectives
- turned off "show text with perspective icons"
- docked the perspective icons on the left
- moved my fast views to be on the left too
- right clicked on one and removed it
- right clicked on another one and removed it
- the separator bar between the perspective and fast view icons didn't move
- right click on the remaining perspective icon and Show Text

Note the separator bar has moved to be in the correct position.
