Description Billy Biggs CLA 2004-05-19 17:37:34 EDT
I200405190010

1. Have a view with multiple tabs
2. Drag the whole view somewhere else
3. Check Ctrl-F7 list

Activation is going all over the place. Other tabs in the view are getting
activated, and the list no longer corresponds to where you were.
Comment 1 Andrew Eidsness CLA 2004-05-19 17:40:56 EDT
Ed, any ideas on this one?
Comment 2 Andrew Eidsness CLA 2004-05-19 17:56:42 EDT
We were able to reproduce this on 3.0, so I'd like to remove the R21PRES tag...
but I am too weak.
Comment 3 Ed Burnette CLA 2004-05-20 12:55:41 EDT
Not offhand, but I notice you've reproduced it for regular 3.0 anyway.
Comment 4 Michael Van Meekeren CLA 2004-06-02 13:48:13 EDT
so this is still broken? I don't understand what you mean in comment #2 Andrew.
Comment 5 Andrew Eidsness CLA 2004-06-02 13:57:22 EDT
This was originally opened with an R21PRES tag in the summary, but we found that
it applies to 3.0 as well. Since I wasn't the reporter or owner, bugzilla
wouldn't let me modify the summary. The summary has since been modified.

It was originally reported on linux but at the time I was able to reproduce it
on windows. I just tried on RC1 but couldn't -- are you still seeing it on
linux billy?
Comment 6 Billy Biggs CLA 2004-06-02 17:46:32 EDT
I can no longer reproduce this in 3.0-RC1. Ctrl-F7 order is fine, and the
inactive views no longer get activated during the drag. I think it's OK to
close this bug.

*** Bug 91699 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***
Comment 8 Billy Biggs CLA 2005-04-17 18:39:20 EDT
I can reproduce this on I20050414-1107. If I have a group of views and I drag
all of them together somewhere else, views other than the topmost one are being
activated.
Comment 9 Mike Wilson CLA 2005-04-25 10:09:23 EDT
Is the problem that each view gets activated as it is added at the destination?
Comment 10 Boris Bokowski CLA 2007-06-20 12:30:35 EDT
Cannot reproduce in 3.3.
