The background colour of the title bar for the preference page is a shade of
yellow.  However, the colour of the striped image is blue & white.  The colours
don't mesh at all, and it is also immediately apparent that the striped image is
not as tall as the title bar itself.

I'm using the Common Desktop Environment (CDE) on Solaris 8.
