Do we test or detect circular activity bindings via the ActivityActivityBinding 
extension point?

If not this is a potential problem

Can't activities only point to other ui elements but not back to them self?
I mean: in which case an Activity asks an Identifier which activities point to it?
The only case I know of is that usual UI elements ask an Identifier which activities point to this UI element.

The issue is the requirement binding.  You could have activities A and B, each with a requirement on one another.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
