Build 20011116.

- Give focus to a toolbar button (not a toolbar combobox) using keyboard.
- Press ALT+F to try to get the file menu (or any other menu mnemonic)
- it has no effect

Accelerators work (e.g. CTRL+F4).
Works OK if toolbar combobox has focus.

This has been fixed for a while.
