Build 20011116.

There have been several requests on Eclipse Corner and elsewhere for the 
editors to show the current line and column numbers.

I wanted to log another vote for this from an EC contributor, but could not 
find the PR, so I'm filing this one.

Presumably these should show up in the status line.

FYI, I just tried this out with the Jaws screen reader.
You can put it in a mode where it reads anything changing on the screen.
It works quite well.

I would recommend giving them brief labels.
E.g. Word has "Ln 3 Col 4"
