Find/Replace dialog called in Text Editor, and input japanese text but
this input is ignored. (no reaction, text input widget is no change)

You mean you don't see anyting in the field after typing?

yes.

But I can insert japanese code in input dialog that way are copy japanese text 
in clipboard and paste to text input widget.

It seems copy&paste is involved here as well. Can you please provide exact steps.

(1) Open Search Dialog in TextEditor.
(2) Display Find/Replace dialog, I enable IME (Input Method Editor) for 
Japanese input.
(3) I type japanese and press enterkey.
(4) But not effect in dialog. before search text value exist yet in text input. 
Japanese is not inserted.

Do you still see this problem? If so can you try whether it works in some other combobox inside Eclipse?

Cannot reproduce using I20100127-1800.
