Move the scrollbar

Notice that only the right half of the pane moves. The lines matching changes on
the right with changes on the left are also gone. This is a loss in
functionality and a regression from previous builds.

However, there is a (poor) workaround. It is possible to match up the scroll
positions on both panes using the arrow icons on the toolbar, but this only
works for areas containing changes and requires many additional mouseclicks.
Viewing the rest of the file requires alternatively scrolling both panes in
small increments.

Note: even if this was an intentional change, there still should be some easy
way to scroll both panes together.
