Steps to recreate problem:
1- start eclipse
 <<Error>>      
     no workspace selection dialog prompt
    <note>
    Goto   Window> Preferences > Worbench > Startup and shutdown,  "prompt for 
workspce when startup" is selected.
    This problem do not occured on I20040413 build.
    </note>
 <<Expected Result>>
     workspace should prompt when startup ( in Preference we have set it).

Same for me.

Windows XP

- I20040420 (fresh download)
- clean install
- start without parameter (only -vmargs for more memory ;)
