Hello! First of all I'd like to say that the new tab in M8 look really beautiful. Unfortunately they work really slow. They appear to work quite all right when you work locally on machine, on which eclipse is running, but I often use eclipse remotely, on X terminal (over 10Mb network). When working remotely the switch from one editor tab to another takes around 2 seconds (during which no editing is possible). The content of editor appears at once but I have to wait long for tab to draw itself. I sniffed the network and noticed that every such switch generates about 2000 X11 tcp packets (1500 bytes each) (1500*2000 = 3MB - thats much for drawing a tab ;) ) I'm not sure if i picked the compomnent correctly, correct me please. System Information: Eclipse Linux GTK2 M8 XFree 4.4.0 Linux kernel 2.6.5
