The Problems view has a Delete button in the toolbar and in the context menu,
but problems are generated by the builders and are not deleteable by the end user.

Maybe I'm missing something and there are cases where delete makes sense in this
view, but if so it's not a frequent operation and should therefore not be in the
toolbar.
