Description Matthew Hatem CLA 2004-04-13 16:34:17 EDT
Need the ability to turn off the hardwired items, text, progress, stop button
in a statusline.

We could subclass the StatusLineManager to do this but that would also involve
reinventing the StatusLine control.

one way to get rid of the hardwired controls

One solution is to just copy the existingn StatusLine code and just remove the
hardwired items.

Matt is this still a problem in 3.2?
Comment 3 Matthew Hatem CLA 2006-04-13 21:28:36 EDT
Because we can now subclass StatusLineManager and provide custom implementations of this class and the StatusLine control via the PresentationFactory, this bug is probably obselete.

I haven't taken a look at how trim items affect this.

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
Please reopen this bug if it is still valid for you.
