Eclipse 2022-03M3, Java 17.0.2, Windows 10

"Show Revision Information" enables "Quick Diff" in a inconsistent state.

1) Enable "Show Revision Information" on the line number column.
2) Right click again and see that "Quick Diff" option is enabled.
3) Try to disable option fails
4) "Hide Revision Information" shows Quick Diff markers
5) In preferences "Quick Diff" option is still disabled!
