Issue: improperly displays UI after reboot which is required in order to get the themes to works. It displays the proper UI right before restart on a rich black background then after rebooting it displays an ugly grey back

steps to reproduce:
enable dark them click apply and restart
take green or pink neon and import it
observe the colors before clicking restart
restart it
the background and colors looks off now

eclipse version: eclipse-java-2021-12-R-win32-x86_64

Can you try preferences/general/appearance/colors and fonts -> restore defaults?
