after restart

OS: Ubuntu 21.10

Hi, i have a scaled (200%) HiDpi Laptop Screen and an unscaled external monitor.

Eclipse scales terrible in certain scenarios. see attached sceenshots

sometimes the scaling gets wrong after opening a dialog (preferences, launch configs, ..) and when i move the dialog the complete main window is moved
