From Bug 53548. If views are automatically opened in a perspective and the user 
then switches to another perspective, we don't clean up the views when the 
program terminates.

If the workbench can provide API to support this, we should keep track of which 
perspective we opened views in and clean up accordingly.

We have two bugs opened against the UI for the features required for this bug and others. Bug 54559 
and Bug 57841. We shouldn't close this one until the UI team closes theirs.

Fixed in 3.2. When ever we leave a perspective, we close the views we opened.
