Would be nice to be able to use the freeze monitor also in e4 RCP applications. for this we should try to reduce / remove the dependencies to the IDE / e3 API.

Looks like I pushed 15d0f6f874f08e5e44234a564e310423b6ab4dfc directly to master not using Gerrit. That was not the intention, not sure how I did that, Eclipse is configured to use Gerrit push configuration.
