This has happened once in 3.0M8

When running or debugging applications in eclipse the console for the
applications did not appear. The console tab was visible but there were no
connected consoles.

I am running Sun J2SDK 1.4.2_03

When the eclipse environment was rebooted the problem disappeared.

I was unable to reproduce the problem. Marking as works for me unless we can 
come up with a reproduceable test case.
