Hi,
If export the report as html, pdf or xls, no such an issue.

If  export report as xlsx, The report displays  ''Date Received' as 'July 6, 2020 4:38:55 AM' instead of 
'Jul 6, 2020, 12:38 PM'. The date is UTC time , not convert to local timezone.

We are using 4.4.2 version of BIRT and below XLSX emitter.
uk.co.spudsoft.birt.emitters.excel.XlsxEmitter.

Can you please let me know is it bug in BIRT framework or any solution is available.
