while using Eclipse it hangs and makes my computer crashes and getting windows stop code error. 

I receives error only while using Eclipse. 

windows is 64bit, updated windows, ran a scan, done in-place upgrade, reinstalled, removed registry, workspace... didn't works..

Please provide details about the Eclipse version you are using and what is the windows version.
Also provide the error codes and any logging you get.

Without additional information, this issue cannot be analyzed.
