I understand this is poor bug reporting form, but suspect these two symptoms may be related. Apologies in advance.

With Eclipse 2021-06 install, the CVS commit dialogue no longer allows entry of text in the dialogue. It only allows selection of previous commit messages.

The History view no longer shows fields beyond the file revision.
The tag table below does show the tags related to that revision.
The commit messages below does show the message related to that revision.
