Download and Install Eclipse (Eclipse IDE for Enterprise Java and Web Developers)
Open Eclipse application and change the theme to dark in (Windows-Preferences-General-appearances-Select Dark theme) 
Tab till "File > New > Project" in the navigation bar and press enter 
Tab till "Java-> Java Project" and select it.
Tab till "Next" button and press enter
Verify if Color contrast for 'Edit fields' border is less than 3:1 with background in 'Create a Java Project’ dialog
