Download and Install Eclipse (Eclipse IDE for Enterprise Java and Web Developers)
Open Eclipse application and change the theme to dark in (Windows-Preferences-General-appearances-Select Dark theme) 
Tab till "File > New > Project" in the navigation bar and press enter 
Verify if the Color contrast for 'General' expand/Collapse button is less than 3:1
