Eclipse UI image of Call Hierarchy tab with missing close button

I have 4 git repos with individual Eclipse settings per repo. In two of the repos, the closing X button on the Call Hierarchy tab is missing so this cannot be closed. This has lasted for a few versions and Resetting the Perspective hasn't helped. Any ideas what saved setting could be affecting this?

I assume that this is a duplicate of Bug 574819, i.e. you have been using the workspace for a long time and now a regression pops up.

See Bug 574819 Comment 18 for workarounds.

@Felix, I don't understand yet why the reset perspective doesn't work, there must be another condition in your case. Can you please upload your workbench.xmi file to this bug or Bug 574819, if you still have them. Do you remember on which version you made the workspace the first time?

If the workbench.xmi contains sensitive data, I am interested in sections that related to the elementId="org.eclipse.jdt.callhierarchy.view", i.e., descriptors, sharedElements (xsi:type=basic:Part) and children (xsi:type="advanced:Placeholder").
