I got multiple reports for conflicting handlers while working with Wikitext on a Markdown document. Inspecting one of those it seems that the conflict is reported for the *same* handler. Is this an issue with underlying code registering the same handler twice or is it an issue with the log message? I've seen the same exception on a colleague's machine.
