Buttons no sufficient contrast

In standard theme focus indication for the Buttons with border does not satisfy minimum contrast ratio 4.5:1. See attached screenshot: “Buttons_No sufficient contrast.JPG”.

The input field is of type org.eclipse.swt.widgets.Button with border.

Ideally, the focus for buttons, should satisfy minimum color contrast ratio of 4.5:1
