Description Vikas Chandra CLA 2021-06-14 05:07:29 EDT
Every project should set Malformed Javadoc comment to 'Error'

Steps:
1. Select the plug-in project
2. context menu > Properties
3. Go to Java Compiler->Javadoc
4. If the project is not yet using project specific settings, change it by enabling the checkbox
5. Change "Malformed Javadoc comments" to Error
6. Change "Only consider members as visible" to Public ( can be Private if preferred for more strict checking in a project)
7. Check Validate tag arguments
8. Check Report non visible references
9. Check Report deprecated references

Fix any malformed javadoc issues in the project and commit this settings.

Post this, javadoc related issues in the I build would reduce ( if not totally stop).

Do you plan to work on that ? While being nice to be that way I don't envision anyone doing it and having hundreds of bugs which no one acts on is just counterproductive/
