Blurry text - menu

Steps to reproduce:
1. On macOS Monterey: Create basic plugin project (New > Plugin Project)
- Target platform: Eclipse
- Rich Client Application
- RCP 3.x application (minimal)
2. Run an app

Result:
The text in main window and menu is blurry (on Retina display).

Expected:
The text in main window and menu is not blurry (on Retina display).

JRE used for testing: AdoptOpenJDK 11.0.11, AdoptOpenJDK 1.8.0.292, Oracle 1.8.0_162

It looks it was an issue on Apple side. On macOS Monterey Beta 6 it looks good.
