Description James Willans CLA 2004-04-03 19:18:41 EST
The method Platform.endSplash is called by the workbench when it has finished
doing what it needs to do. In the RCP context it is sometimes useful to delay
the splash a little bit longer while other components run off and initalise
their stuff. I request therefore a means of delaying the workbench's closure of
splash (Platform.delaySplash()) this could potentially be configured in a
WorkbenchAdvisor instance. It would be up to the app to make sure
Platform.endSplash is called as appropriate.

There are currently no plans to work on this

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
Please reopen this bug if it is still valid for you.
