I have enabled 
Project Explorer -> "Project Presentation > Hierarchical" and 
Problems -> "Show > Errors/Warnings on selection"

If a child project has errors/warnings and I select a parent the Problem view remains empty.

Expected: If I select a parent all descending projects Errors/Warnings are shown in the Problem view.
