validation error

On Mac arm64, trying to launch new Eclipse configuration, fails with "Platform didn't match error" during validation in launcher and swt fragments. Please see screenshot.

Looks like the arch aarch64 should be added to o.e.core.runtime.Platform. Will investigate.

Tested with Eclipse Mac aarch64 build I20210429-1800 on Mac M1, no error on launching. Also, aarch64 now appears as a item in the architectures dropdown, such as Target Editor > Environment > Architecture, feature.xml > Supported environments > Architecture.

Since, the change itself was in Platform runtime, moving the bug.
