In https://git.eclipse.org/r/c/platform/eclipse.platform.common/+/178485 version and copyright year are updated for 4.20 after not being done so since 4.17. Mickael, suggested trying https://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-resources-plugin/examples/filter.html to automate it.
