In any of the bottom Views (Console, Problems, etc), the title region of the
view (that part with text such as "Problems (Filter matched 0 of y items)") has
line breaks inserted as odd places -- for example, after "filter", and "of" in
the preceding text).

Simply maximizing the view, and returning it to normal makes the problem go away
temporarily. I think the error occurs when switching views.

I did not see this prior to M8.

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
