I have a mouse that contains a horizontal wheel (Logitech mx master 3).
I noticed that the new 4.20 version of eclipse now supports horizontal scrolling via Ctrl + vertical scroll wheel and it even works with the touchpad.
I tried to scroll horizontally with the horizontal wheel but it seems to not work or at least completely.
What happened is that the horizontal bar moved a bit (around 3 or 4 letters) and stopped moving after that even if I tried to scroll in the opposite direction.
I tried again with the touchpad and Ctrl + scroll vertically it still works fine.
It is just the horizontal wheel that is having the issue.
It is too bad since this wheel is made for this kind of thing.
I figured it is not a problem coming from the mouse since it is working fine with other software like chrome, Mozilla, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
