The buggy cursor

While using Microsoft Teams and sharing the screen, when the user clicks on e.g. run or anything that requires Eclipse to load, the wait cursor buggs out for the user who is not sharing the screen. It seems to appear multiple times underneath itself but also compressed (see attached file)

Can you pls specify the Eclipse and macOS version?
