Navigator with tree content mostly blanked out

Frequent UI glitch occurring for me on Eclipse 4.14.0/ Windows 10. Clicking on a resource in the Navigator when focus is in another editor/ application frequently results in the Navigator tree content being blanked out, except for the selected item.

This happens many times per day.

It seems purely a UI glitch, scrubbed the mouse over the disappeared content will progressively redraw the items.
