Video showing that it is not posible to resize perspective panels

Hi, I just installed the latest version of Eclipse for Java developers https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/release/2020-12/r/eclipse-ide-java-developers.  The problem is that I am not able to resize the perspective panels.  The resize cursor never shows up.  And if I click on the panels' border, the size suddenly changes, and it is impossible to fix the size.

The attached video shows what is happening.

Thanks for reporting. Please do the following:

press CTRL+3
type: copy configuration data to clipboard
paste in file
attach file

press CTRL+3
type: copy build id to clipboard
paste in comment
